Whoa looks like we've got a vigilante here. Threatening and whatnot.....there is no proof that he got that from Rivals so therefore it is not illegal mr. lawyer man. You're just pissed off because your paying money that you can get on any site on any day. You my friend won't be very liked around here with that attitude.

That's the thing though ND10...If GG's source wasn't Rivals, he has no way of knowing that it was even on Rivals, which would not make it plagiarism, or theft, or whatever. If someone hears a piece of information, should they make sure that that info doesn't appear on a "Premium Site"? The answer, obviously, is no.

I get what you're trying to say, but I don't whole-heartedly agree with it.

Where am I threatening? All I said was I didn't want the site shut down. One of my other favorite ND football sites was temporarily shut down earlier this year for similar reasons. I just don't want that to happen to this site. You obviously either don't care or are naive. And I resent being called a 'vigilante' for simply pointing out that the fact of the matter is the original poster pretty much copy and pasted info from a rivals premium board, an offense that has gotten many sites warnings, and in one case (at least that I know of) temporary removal. I don't see the harm of simply deleting the post.

And, honestly, I really don't care how I'm 'liked' around this board. I'm a Notre Dame football fan, who currently attends Our Lady's University, who enjoys reading the discussion here on IrishEnvy while also wanting to see the site continue to prosper without needing to resort to (what is tantamount to) stealing info then passing it off as their own. If that makes me elgible for 'disliking' than I guess my time on this board will be, sadly, shortlived.

Next time, you might be better served contacting a moderator instead of getting into a pissing match with other posters. It saves you and everyone else a hell of a lot less trouble and it can be handled in a much better fashion. We do our best in moderating this board, but obviously we can't be everywhere so you and others are encouraged to contact us when premium information is posted on here. We're not out to rip off anyone so when this situation comes up again, please get in contact with one of us and we'll deal with it as needed...

I'd actually guess Stoney, but what do I know... ok seriously I'd go with Floyd. Pure guess though - probably because he'll talk with the media more than Filer, and have more updates/quotes to talk about throughout the year.
