Is the lottery rigged? I have bought tickets multiple time, but never won. Yet, the same people always win. Damnit, I'm reporting IE to the Better Business Bureau, and the Federal Gaming Commission.......and the Food and Drug Administration?

You need to buy 5 at a time...then it comes down to chance. I buy them everytime and you can see that sometimes I win but most times I don't.

Once you click on a forum, like leprechaun lounge, click on 'create thread' and it will begin a new thread for ya.

When you are in a forum the "Create Thread " Icon will be just over the threads that are already there... you can't start a thread when already in a new one, you must be in a forum instead...
