This kid is heavily interested in Notre Dame and Ohio State. Went to Dublin Coffman, and you know we've had pretty decent luck with a couple kids we got from there.

I don't think they have. I know for a fact that ND has only offered two TEs thus far, unless that's changed since Wed. Plus we have all 20 offers accounted for. There are 18 now listed in the public list, and the other two are listed in the TDJ forum.

From what I've heard about him I would like to see ND offer and get Austin Holt if they don't land either of their top two targets at TE.

What is the motivation in quoting Coach Weis of his championship goal to Aldridge, Sr on this site? Is this your subtle way of putting pressure on Weis...as if he doesn't have enough on him now. It a goal...it's not a guarantee! I'm sure we can count on the likes of you to start the "fire him" banter should he not reach that goal.

Marv I have a pretty good contact in Ohio about recruiting and especially concerning OSU and he seems to think Stoneburner is a OSU guy if they offer him soon but with ND jumping on so early maybe we can really build a relationship and start to pull him away. OSU has already offered Rudolph, and there is another pretty good TE named Moore in Ohio and OSU is only taking 17 or 18 so who knows if Stonburner will get offered or maybe squeezed out, but I would think we would get 1 or the other between Stoneburner and Rudolph.

How about the possibility of him and Adams being a packaged deal. Even though I have heard that isn't necassarily true, but what are your feelings about that?

I don't think so, They are not necessarly a package deal but OSU has the best chance of getting both. I think right now OSU is probably going to get Adams, Stoneburner I think we have a better shot at it. Not sure if posted already but both are from Quinn and Duke's High School

He's listed in a few places as a WR as well as a TE. He's got a good build and is very quick for TE, but also has had a lot of success at WR, maybe with the potential to contribute quickly if he comes to ND. Check out this video on blueandgold.com:

He's got moves, he's got sheer power to run over a few guys, and he's pulled down some great catches. Reminds me of a Jeff Samardzija type player, especially on the screen passes that he takes to the house, so I really hope that he doesn't go to OSU

Lots of competition at OSU if he goes there too...

OSU Offered him already, by the way, the fact that he hasn't accepted it yet says to me that OSU recruiting may have been a bit more optimistic than they should have been about this guy. We'll see what goes down, he's OSU's to lose, but there's a lot of good TEs in state in his class, so he'll have more competition there thatn I think he would here.
