Let's get this out of the way first: FSU legacy. His father is former Seminole and NFL Safety Devin Bush Sr.

With that said, he's been developing a relationship with Alford already and he is friends with Te’von Coney, who is from the same area of Florida. They played 7-on-7 on the same team and did summer workouts together. Coney is already in his ear about ND. It will be an uphill battle, just look at that offer list so far. But if Alford can convince him to OV in the fall, who knows?

Received an Offer from the Irish today. I would say late to the party.

I hope maybe I can visit," Bush said when asked about his interest in the Irish. "I got a good friend up there with Tevon there, so he has told me a little bit about it, and maybe I can watch him practice or something like that. We have a great relationship" - See more at: https://notredame.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=1771385#sthash.FQCwF5YH.dpuf

only 5'11 ND likes him in the middle....communication has recently started again since alford left...played on the same 7 on 7 team coney

Let's get him on campus and then see if there's a realistic shot.

So Harbaugh had his father coach at one of their national camps and rumor has it that he's going to bring him on staff at UM.

I heard the same. If true, that makes at least 3 prospects whose parents and/or coaches have been hired by Harbaugh at UM. Rashan Gary's coach, Wayne Lyons' (who transferred from Stanford) mom, and Bush's Dad. I don't think it's a violation yet but it's certainly fishy. I guess we know the Harbaugh recruiting strategy...just offer the parents a job!

I can accept that strategy as he'll eventually run out of jobs. Also, he'll eventually have to let some of them go and hopefully burn bridges.

Also, Michigan got a real player with Bush. He looks legit.

I agree with the last part, Bush looks pretty solid. Only knock being that he is undersized.

As for the jobs tho, I think he can make as many jobs as he needs because not all of them are on the coaching staff where the number is limited by the NCAA. Some are in player development roles, or athletic counselor type roles. They can make up as many of those jobs as they want. But hey, if it's not a violation I can't knock them too bad for it...it's just a bad look. It's like finding a loophole to pay the family and get an "in" with them in the recruiting process.

I think Harbaugh is an amazing coach but I fully expected this type of shady business from him at UM. And that's not even mentioning some of the recruits and players he's already pushed out for "medical reasons" even tho they've been cleared by multiple doctors to play football. Michigan gave him full control of that program (smart move to be honest if they want to be a traditional power again) and he's taking full advantage to do things however he wants and he knows he has the schools blessing.
