Same high School as Jay Hayes and Jesse Bongiovi.

Currently has 2 CB's to PSU and 1 to Rutgers

Put this up on a hunch when I saw Loy followed him on Twitter.

Figuring they will be offering some more recruits with Moretti and Myers committed to OSU.

Opened as Rivals #15 OA on today's Rivals100

Seeing now Heistand can focus on 2017 kids seeing how he already has his 2016 kids is huge for us. Heistand will do Heistand things, not worried at all.

not sure if everyone being following but this kid was considered a HEAVY SCUM lean.
Check out mgoblog's prediction earlier today:

doesn't sound like a guy who is still contemplating a decision. He probably knew it was Michigan at about the time he moved it up from the UA game to Christmas, as well, and knew at about the time the Alabama insiders' confidence went off a cliff.

It is of course possible that Georgia changed his mind. Weirder things have happened in recruiting. This is why it is sometimes known as crootin. Still feeling as confident as possible given that Wilson, like DPJ, seemingly hasn't given anyone the wink-wink. Per Sam Webb it's crickets for all three suitors. Fun! (Not fun.)

I'm right here and I ain't no ass clown.

This one stings. Kid would've redshirted and been a probable contributor or starter in 2018-2019.

How does Harbs let some nobody named Kirby Smart come up north and snag one of his top OL targets?

OL recruiting turning to ass the past two classes for some reason. Drevno and Harbaugh can't recruit the 5* OL's for some reason- and this is despite them having a great track record of producing great offensive lines at Stanford and 49ers.

Don't worry, whiffing on Banks and Wilson guarantees Filiaga signs... right? I don't know what would be better Filiaga going elsewhere or Filiaga signing and Hairball swensoning Stueber to BC with the other cast off. Either way...

Dillon didn't get swensoned. Kid wanted to be guaranteed he'd never play LB'er. Think he was pretty much told we'll give you a shot at RB, but we want you at LB. Lots of schools preferred him at LB. He could still be at Michigan if he wanted. They wanted him. He's an amazing athletic package in a 6'1, 239 pound body.

As for Steuber- the Michigan "insiders" all said that Drevno and Harbaugh loved Steuber and Honingford and view them both as big-time tackle prospects. These guys don't just recruit off of recruiting services. Swenson was rated pretty highly by the services and they weren't sold on him at all.

Ok...

In regards to Dillon, Michigan flew by ND and others because they recruited him as a RB when others said he was a LB. Then it all shakes out like it did. You can have your view of what happened and I have mine. He might not have gotten mega-swensoned, but he got mini-swensoned. If they wanted him, they would have lied to him and let Harris or whoever beat him out in a staged competition.

As far as the OT's. Maybe they like Stueber and/or Honigford more than Herbert and/or Hall. As OT only prospects, I do to. But when Filiaga joins those four plus the real prizes, Slayton at G and Ruiz at C, are they really gonna take seven lineman?

I definitely think they still want Dillon. Just not at RB. Even if Harris didn't come, was never sold on Dillon staying at RB had he come to Michigan. He's just not that good of a RB. He's far more impressive at LB.

And Harris isn't even in the fold yet- and he still very well could stick with Bama. After today, and losing this kid to freaking Georgia, I'm 1000% expecting Harris to stick with Bama. It was going to be a tough pull regardless, and recruiting against the SEC is a fucking bitch.

Filiaga fits in at RT, Ruiz at C. Slaton isn't going to qualify and right now Michigan isn't even recruiting him. He'd fit in at Guard obviously.

Yeah, I think they'd take 7 OL's. They might've even taken 8 if one of them was Wilson. This is going to be a class of 30 to 32.

Not sold on Herbert or Hall at all. Think they might wind up getting swensoned and they are both higher rated than Steuber and Honigford.

I think Stueber could end being a really good OT. However, he got absolutely owned by Justin A. at a Rivals event last year.

That is all.

Yeah. New York kids rarely live up to their billing. I know HS FB isn't a huge deal in that state but you think with the population there would be more talent coming out of there than there is.

For every Ishaq Williams and Jay Hayes; there is a Curtis Samuel, Eric Olson and Dominique Easley. Just like any other state some kids work out and some don't. Be easy man.

You ever been to NYC? Ever been to New York State?

The majority of the population of the state is in New York City and many high schools don't have football teams, because there is no space to have a football field. This is why NYC has always been a basketball haven.

And as far upstate New York, just a bunch of cow towns.

wanted him badly because of his immense raw talent, but he's not even close to a finished product like Tunsil or Greg Little were coming out of high school.

OL is the one position group where I really don't even care about stars. That's all about coaches scouting, developing, and teaching kids.

There's only a handful of Laremy Tunsil or Greg Little obvious star OL's a class. I don't think Wilson is one of those dudes. He's got incredible potential because of his size and athletic ability and strength though.
