Starting a thread for this show in case anyone else has watched the first season? It's on Netflix as well as AMC.

This is one of my favorite new shows. It's fun to see a characterization of what it was like in the developing home computer market. I even set the theme song to my default ring tone. Season 2 looks like it has plenty of material to move forward. The hacker chick is my favorite character (Cameron) followed by Gordon.

Is anyone else enjoying this show?

I watch it. I don't know if I enjoy it, though. It had really bad ratings last year. Season 2 is much better so far.

How does one find time to watch any of these shows anymore... there are so many... serious question, I know many here share my passions, books, food, video games, sports, family... I have zero time for shows anymore...

I really, really like this show. Season 1 had some really dull moments but I appreciated the material. Reverse engineering BIOS? Truly getting down to the metal is beyond my understanding but it's incredible how engineers used physics and a little ingenuity to get us to where we are today.

I really find the show absolutely fascinating. The 2nd season is so far based on what Cameron figured out she could do when working for the phone company, set up a network and allow people to pay for subscribed content: Virtually every major internet business today: XBOX LIVE, HULU, NETFLIX, STEAM, etc.

The science, thus far, has been right in line with as much as I am able to understand (instead of the typical shows that show a hacker doing god knows what: The Net anyone? Enemy of the state?)

This show captures the early reality. I won't try to force anyone to be a fan but I'm really enjoying it.
