Seems like an under the rader 3 star guy we have identified as solid. Offers from a lot of midwest castoff schools but looks like we are the first major program to offer. He Visisted UM 3 times and MSU twice with no offer.

I noticed after I initially made the profile that his offer is listed as having come from the future. Assuming 247 Sports hasn't invented time travel, I think they meant to say "visit" so I'm not 100% sure he actually has an offer.

Michigan has a couple of wavering linebacker commits. One is instater David Reese, who apparently committed as fullback but is now having second thoughts. This might have something to do with MI WR Desmond Fitzpatrick's recruitment. The two are teammates and Fitzpatrick seemed like he was about to flip from Louisville to Michigan… and then didn't.

That and Reese's desire to play linebacker have him poking around. He took a visit to Maryland:

"I just want the initial opportunity to play linebacker because that's where my heart is. But I understand that if I didn't start for two years then I would want to see the field-of course I want to play. So of course I would go at fullback. But I feel like I can actually play at linebacker."

He offered the "I'm committed but keeping my options open" spiel as well. If I had to bet I'd guess he ends up flipping elsewhere.

Rumors that David Reese would wind up elsewhere swirled amid visits to Louisville and Notre Dame, but according to Brandon Brown, Michigan doesn't have much to worry about; Reese's father told Brown his son will be in the class—yes, as a linebacker—and they're working on getting him enrolled early ($).

I live about 10 steps away from Rochester HS's football field. They are absolutely terrible. Watched them vs Lapeer and I came away thinking that my old HS (Class C) would destroy them.

Wasnt there a Mich LB a few years ago whining because ND didnt recruit him because he was only 6'1" or 6'2" and they wanted taller or something like that? I remember him making a big fuss because he felt ND made him feel like he wasnt good enough or something so he was so pumped up to beat ND.
