plans to visit Michigan State, Missouri and Vanderbilt in the coming weeks, plus Notre Dame for their Irish Invasion.
The Irish haven't offered him a scholarship yet, but should they extend one down the line, Notre Dame could be the school to beat.

"It's a class act school," Rugamba said. "It's a great degree, great football, great tradition. To be a part of it is something I'm highly interested in. If I had the opportunity, I'm not saying I'd commit, but they'd be way up there."

"They like me at the position that I am, they've just got some guys lined up on the board so they can't offer me a scholarship right now," Rugamba said. "But Denbrock said if anything were to happen, he would talk to me first and go on from there."

I haven't completely figured out if I'd wait yet since I just talked with the coaches," Rugamba said. "I just haven't been able to sit down and think about it. I do think Notre Dame would definitely be worth waiting for — I'm not saying I will — but it's definitely a school that not a lot of kids get the opportunity to go to. I feel like there could be a chance of waiting, but I'm not 100 percent sure about it yet.

"Notre Dame is looking at me as both receiver and defensive back," Rugamba said. "Most of the schools that have offered me have offered me as both. I've done a few camps as a corner and a few camps at receiver. At Irish Invasion I did more of a receiver position because I thought I had more to show there, but obviously I did both.

"I definitely liked the camp and how it was a small group of guys where we really got to get evaluated. It wasn't like most camps where it gets crazy. We got to work one-on-one with coaches a lot and see what we can do. The talent level was definitely up there.
