IMO you want to be the first visit or the last visit. If a staff knocks it out of the ballpark then going first is great and that is what it gets compared to every other visit.

All I have asked for is to just get him on campus where magic happens! You never know...love his visit and commit and then follow up with a banquet visit. I can wish man!

Either way he is USC bound, slight chance UCLA gets him. But I doubt it.

Expectations have been low for a while. We're just buying a lottery ticket knowing his number won't come up, but keeping our fingers crossed.

UCLA's chances are better than slight IMO. He's been there a lot and has built a really solid relationship with the staff. They have surprisingly become a real player here. I agree that he'll still end up a Trogan, but it won't shock me anymore if UCLA snags him. I would have never said that last year...

Is the weather in SB going to be frigid this weekend? I hope the Polar Vortex will relax on the area. Last thing we want is a cold, dreary day for a California recruit.

Marshall is the kind of shutdown corner that you need if you want an aggressive, blitzing defense. If we got him it would set the tone for the defense for a long time. He's the most polished looking HS corner I've ever seen.

i would say hargraves at florida was and is...but iman is a beast as well
