And, Josh Sweat established why many consider him to be the best high school football player in the country. Hardly left the field - on offense he played WR, tight end, also running back - he even punted the ball for Oscar Smith.

Nah. If he's having surgery, he really dislocated his knee - ripping the ACL/PCL at a minimum. Also tends to have arterial damage as well.

Let me preface this by saying I'm not insinuating that Josh Sweat is one of these prospects but Jimbo has done a tremendous job at branding FSU as the school that doesn't give a shit. Come to FSU for football and we'll protect you from almost anything. For some prospects that probably sounds extremely enticing.
