Rocket ran a 10.34 100 as a Jr in HS.
GA3 ran a 10.39.

When they got to college and put on pads against Div 1 caliber players, GA3 had a handful of breakaway runs while Rocket was rewriting record books.

Lucas video looks like those of the fastest runners each year. He does seem to read his blockers (and there were some nice blocks thrown) and makes some nice cuts.


I saw Rocket play. I saw Bo have the ball kicked to him when other Div 1 coaches were kicking away from him. Everybody on the UM team knew it was going to Rocket. There were some highly talented and fast players on UM's Special Teams but Rocket make them look very, very ordinary running back not 1 kickoff for a TD but 2.

Seems every year there are Rocket or Bus comparison's for some HS prospect but they've rarely materialized.

Not trying to pile on, but the past is littered with track guys who couldn't pull off the football feat successfully. Transferring it from the track to the field is not an easy job.
