Exactly. Don't watch Durant's games. Or anybody else who opted out.
I understand your point, but this is his job. He treats the game and his image line anybody else treats their job. He has plenty going on outside of the NBA and Team USA too. Camps, appearances, nonstop training. This isn't just a game he plays 100 times a year. To downplay his exhaustion because he plays a game for his career is more insulting than his comment.

That doesn't mean that I cant point out my disappointment in him. Give me a break on the whole "he treats it like a job" BS. It's freaking basketball. He practices, works out, does media events and interviews and lives the life of a god. I don't want to hear about how hard he has it, he doesn't. He is a pro athlete, a job that 99% of dudes would trade in a red second. If you are arguing that his problems are just like anyone elses, then you are arguing on deaf ears. Because I vehemently disagree.
