Good luck Lovie. Enjoyed him in Chicago and pulling for him in Tampa

Good hire. Retirement communities all over Tampa Bay will rejoice.

He'll get a good defense going and a sub par offense. He should last all of about 4-5 years years till he is gone.

I know this isn't that big of a deal but let's be honest most everyone here hates ESPN and to prove again that they didn't break this story. Jay Glazer did. <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>"<a href="https://twitter.com/MrSportsStats">@MrSportsStats</a>: <a href="https://twitter.com/ESPNNFL">@ESPNNFL</a> y cnt guy just say <a href="https://twitter.com/JayGlazer">@JayGlazer</a> beat ya 2 it instead of "ESPN & media reports."".> b/c they can't. Let's stop caring</p>— Jay Glazer (@JayGlazer) <a href="https://twitter.com/JayGlazer/statuses/418567184768450560">January 2, 2014</a></blockquote>

This hire and Lovie's success will depend on who takes the GM position, if McKay comes back or they find someone similar things will go well. Mark Domenic was just as much of a problem with the Bucs as their poor coaching.

Glad to see Lovie get another chance. But to be honest, the lack of a solid QB in a league that is dominated by the position may be a serious issue for him in Tampa. Hope he does well but he has a serious uphill climb.

SI.com also beat ESPN to the punch.

Revis is crying already about playing in a zone defense. I don't think Lovie will do good there. That team needs to much help.

That never stopped Lovie before. He took Sexy Rexy to the Super Bowl.

Revis will shut up once he watches some clips of Peanut Tillman.

That team has a lot of good defensive peices. Lovie will do well there.
