This hire and Lovie's success will depend on who takes the GM position, if McKay comes back or they find someone similar things will go well. Mark Domenic was just as much of a problem with the Bucs as their poor coaching.

Glad to see Lovie get another chance. But to be honest, the lack of a solid QB in a league that is dominated by the position may be a serious issue for him in Tampa. Hope he does well but he has a serious uphill climb.
