You could say the same thing with a defensive stop on the opening series too. I've just always been a fan of getting the ball in the 2nd half. And it's not like we score points like Oregon.

I am being sarcastic. I totally agree. IMO there are only a few good reasons to ever take the ball first and those reasons usually start with United States and end with Academy.
