I'd say MSU. They're relatively close in the people polls. Sagarin has MSU @17 and UM @ 29.

MSU has the best shot of winning out with NEB, NW, and Min remaining.

UM will 4 games left, NEB, NW, IOW, and OSU.

Yeah. Assuming Michigan loses to OSU either way I'd think we're better off with one higher-rated team with one loss (to us) than a pair of two-loss 20-something-ranked teams. At least in the polls and voter perception.
Also, Sparty could well make the Big Ten title game and who knows what might happen there. Go green. Go white.

I think Navy will finish 7-5, but I could see them winning out and Pitt will finish 6-6.
