ISD Intel said something cryptic about this on Friday, but then followed it with not trying to stir up Internet speculation. I will dig up the post.

This is just a rumor compounding on itself. I inquired on this earlier today with a couple people and all said it wasn't true.

NDTerry (is this you TT?): Christian knows. He referenced it in ISD Intel this week.
Christian: We never said there was a player looking to transfer to ND and we certainly didn't say a certain position.
All we said was that transfers can work both ways and ND being among finalists with prospects who don't end up at ND could help them in that process.
There's really no use in guessing because there really isn't an answer as to who it could be.
