Figured I'd make a separate thread for this, so we don't clog the ND one as this tourney progresses.

Cincy vs Gtown is UGLY right now. Just no offense on either end

Anyone else pay attention to other conferences besides BE. It would be cool to see the other teams that some of the posters here are fans of. Obviously I pay attention to the the B10 but I am a huge College BBall fan.

Teams I follow:

BE- ND
B10- MSU
B12- Baylor (huge pierre jackson fan)
ACC- NCstate
A10- VCU

Haha I don't like them a lot I just think their a big threat in the tourney I also like MSU a lot and I love izzo alot great coach and always knows how to coach in the tourney

understandable they would be a terrific tourney team if they had a inside presence. But without it I cant see them getting to a final four.

For UM, Its all about who they will be matched up against in the tourney. If they are against a team that emphasizes guard play like a cincy they will do well. If they are paired up with a team that emphasizes the big man they will struggle.

Edit: After looking at Lunardis prjections they will get to the 32 then run into a Memphis or Miami team who id doubt they beat anyway but they dont have a big man matchup until the sweet 16.

I agree. Once they go up against a Zeller or a Plumlee, they are done

Syracuse scored 40 points in the first half. Just 5 days ago against Georgetown they scored 39 points in the whole game. Syracuse may be getting hot at the right time. Look out.

Speaking about tonight look we played at marq and Cooley had the flu and didn't do anything and we only lost by 9 put 10 more pts on the board for Cooley we win I think we are gonna play marq good and marq is not good away from home so I'm excited to see tonights game

I know this idea is far-fetched but i'd put cooley on the bench to start the game. He's play has been horrible in the last few games and also in most of our bigger games in the year. Put him on the pine and try to get that fire started again.

Pretty sure he is going to come out hyped and ready to go.

I hear what you are saying though. I'd also like to see more Auguste and almost no Sherman, please.

I absolutely agree with that idea cause you start Sherman or auguste then he comes on the floor with a fire under his *** and ready to go

doubt it, were a solid team but without a finals appearance i cant see us moving up.
