One position that hasn't been mentioned yet for him is wide reciever. We have been in pursuit of a big time wr prospect and have come up empty. He has ideal height, speed, size, hands, route running, and moves. He could be the answer there.

No question about it, he could end up there. In the last Tunnel Vision Sapp kept talking about how great his hands are and what a great receiver he is.

Sign now...worry about position later

This is my attitude. He's a great athlete, and I honestly think with Bryant and Folston in the class Isaac is the most likely to change positions. And I'm great with that.

I've asked about him at WR before too.

The reason you play QB ro RB in high school is because you are the best athlete on the field and they want the ball in your hands. It doesn't always mean that is your best position.

Ty Issac is visiting ND and we wouldn't be one bit surprised if the staff recruits him at something other than RB. #WR #LB

That twitter feed is not an actual source of information. From all I can see it gathers information from the ND, OSU, and Michigan sites and then spits it back out, using "we" and pretending like they have something to bring to the table.

Kind of like 98% of the members of the board.

So did they just pull this out of their butt, or is Ty in fact visiting?

Homage for certain.

Today's list would be something like this:

Eddie. V
Jaylon
Redfield
Isaac

Basically, I just want MOAR!

That's what I thought. Agree with moar btw.

I likely me some:

Eddie V
true ILB - Hutchings or Savaiinaea
AQM (not giving up and hoping what we're going through right now bears fruit such as this)
true DE - Fitts
Best available - Hollins, Prevot, Isaac (as long as he's willing to play anywhere other than RB)

Don't get me wrong- love me some Jaylon and Reddy, but we already have them...well, their verbal anyway.

EDIT: I realize most of this list is a pipe dream, but 'pipe' is only one letter away from 'pope' and...well, you see where I'm going with this.

I just think its possible in a few years that Ty could be the best RB on the team.

He's too good of an athlete to not try to pick him up aggressively.
