The program is about SEC championships and National Championships. The most important part about going to a bowl game is not even the actual bowl game but the extra practices for the younger players.

I never looked at it that way I guess. Seems like every game would be important to the players, fans, schools, coaches, boosters, and detractors. Color me surprised.

Unlike some programs going to a BCS game is not a goal at Florida. Florida will however go to a BCS game if they achieve the goal of winning the SEC. Do you see how many Florida fans decided to show up to the game?

That sounds like USC mentality. Take your eye off the ball like this and that slippery slope could put you at 7wins next year. I doubt that happens though. They are loaded with young talent.
