Does/will ND have room for him? Seems liek some other guys would have to not commit.

I feel like if we don't get AQM, Prevot will fill that slot over Deon Hollins. If I'm not mistaken we've been flirting with setting a visit date for Hollins for a long time, while Prevot's visit date was set pretty quickly.

Hollins has a visit date set, January 12th, according to irisheyes

Per TV the Texas A&M analyst strongly believes Prevot will not end up at SC and A&M, Oklahoma and ND are the other players.

Since it looks increasingly likely that we won't end up with AQM, would you prefer Prevot or Hollins?

Composite Scores:
Prevot - 0.9260, 6th WDE
Hollins - 0.9192, 7th WDE

They're more or less tied when all the services are considered. 247 is appreciably higher on Prevot than Hollins (92, 7th WDE v. 90, 13th WDE) and Prevot is longer (6'3'' v. 6'1.5''), so I'd give the tie-breaker to him.

Taking Prevot also weakens USC.

Also Prevot has the better name, so done.

I'd take him over Hollins. It's a shame that we have to have this conversation (Prevot vs. Hollins) since so many people said for so long that AQM to ND was a done deal.

I agree, Prevot would be the take. Closing w Max, Eddie and Prevot would be epic, not just for their talent, but the removal from the Condom class.

I think we have ourselves a tie-breaker right here. Would love either - prefer AQM - but defintiely wouldn't miny any one of the three.

For me its a tough choice because I feel like Prevot has a lot of upside. Good length, frame, and quickness. However he needs to spend a lot of time in the weight room. Everything I've read or seenon him he is very thin. More of a project than I think Hollins is. I think Hollins is a more polished and technically sound player and could contribute sooner. He just may not have as much upside as Prevot due to his height, lenght, etc.

Prevot is barely 200 lbs per isd article.

True. Here's the full excerpt on Prevot:

LB/DE Torrodney Prevot: I'm not sure how much you've talked about Prevot, but I could basically be his biographer at this point. He's a fun and engaging young man that's nearly impossible to project as a player. At 6-3 and just barely over 200 pounds, it's hard to fathom him at defensive end and I'm not quite sure he's an every down linebacker either. What he is, is exceptionally quick off the edge and surprisingly strong for his size.

I've maintained the Alief Taylor star is a situational pass rusher and I've learned that's how USC sees him as well. Normally you don't want to invest a scholarship in a player that may prove to be one dimensional, but what if he's Bruce Irvin?

Interesting that USC sees him as a situational pass-rusher, too. Maybe Hollins is more likely to end up as an every down ROLB than Prevot. Would love to know who's higher on the staff's board.

So true. This also answers a lot of questions as to why the coaches have been talkiong to certain guys when it looked like the final spots were a mere formality. We need to keep everything in perspective.

From some of the info that I've read it seems as tho Kelly personally has invested a lot of time into Hollins recrutiment. Now that could mean he's higher on the board or it could mean he has shown more interest to the ND staff over the last several months.

IMO Prevot and Hollins are both pass rushing specialist though Hollins apparently has shown more of well rounded game this past season.

I'd take Hollins, but if it comes down to a numbers game with 5Ys, I'd rather bring back a Calabrese then take another CAT prospect to be honest
