I wonder if some of the recruits mentioned would be put off if they read this article. If a person who does not know you personally is critiquing your decision making, how likely are you to be willing to give him any solid info about your recruiting process? Personally, I'd be saying "screw off, Mike" if he ever called me wanting info after writing about me in that fashion. Maybe this plays into why his track record is not stellar.
