As a sooner fan, i will tell you that the game didn't come down to officiating. It came down to the front lines on offense and defense. ND's d-line dominated us all 4 quarters. I thought OU o-line played well enough in pass protection but got absolutley no push in the run game ( hence 15 yds rushing). I would agree that Kenny stills is a turd and he's not the only one on this team. This has been a concern for a year or two. We have some great young talent I just hope a couple of these older guys don't rub off on the younger guys. What Stills did was uncalled for and embarrassing and it was all him. For OU to be relevant again we are going to have to run the ball and start getting some more kids out of the state of Oklahoma. We are spending to much time in the state of Texas recruiting. As a program we have to get kids out of Texas but now we're missing the best kids out of Oklahoma. 2 out of the last 3 years the best high school player in the state of Oklahoma has signed with Texas. OU will win 8 to 10 ball games a year for as long as they want with this offense, but we will not compete with stellar defenses. This offense is awesome between the 20's but not great in the red zone. I think that ND and KSU both run the table. I'm not sure how this will play out in the BCS but you guys have one helluva team and a hell of a leader in Te'o ( something the sooners lack). I just wanted to get on here and tell you what my thoughts were and I'm inline with 95% of our fanbase. The other 5% want to fire Stoops now but will want to give him an extension next Sunday. It's the same 5% blaming this loss on officiating. I've never had an issue realizing that I just got my *** kicked and I just got my *** kicked. Goodluck to you guys and please kill USC and hold onto Brian Kelly as long as possible, the SEC douche bags should be calling any minute.
