He always has some bullspit to back up his flimsy claims. I enjoy his show only for the entertainment value. He doesn't even make college picks anymore because he is so clueless. He takes his limited knowledge and makes tired and old cliched arguments about how we aren't able to recruit anybody over SC ( forgetting about Teo, Atkinson, Niklas and others). He is a hack and just tweaks your nipples enough to make them red. I have learned to take him for what he's worth (about $1.31). It would be nice to hear him admit he was wrong, but don't hold your breath.

I know that earlier in the week I mentioned that most everyone on our schedule before OU was obviously overrated, but it seems that nobody will give ND credit for this, except for the fact that it would take away from KSU as well...not that it matters to the kids and coaches on this team. Even Louis Nix mentioned that ND would always be overrated no matter what, so the kids know the score and how the media has perceived us for a long time. But they also love being doubted and playing with a chip on their shoulder. There will be even more doubters if ND gets to USC unbeaten though because they will supposedly have an even more explosive offense than OU.

So, if it means that the haters come out in full force, then I will relish it because it will keep the kids hungry and motivated, no matter whom they have to play each week.

It's not just him. It's all of ESPN radio (sans SVP and Russillo). Local sports radio is almost always better than the national junk.

Yes. On the national level it's always different than local. I feel the local guys get much more freedom to express their actuall opinion. At the national level it's all about ratings.

Everyone knows if the "Belldozer" scores at the end of the first half Oklahoma would have won 72-10, but a bad call by the refs. ND is still unproven. Especially the secondary.

I kind of gave up on this game a few years ago. I remember the last year the Minnesota Vikings were worth a damn was 2009 and the whole year Colin Cowherd kept disrespecting us and writing us off. He picked against us all the time. Well I kept thinking, "if we win this next game he'll have to give us props." But you know what?

It never came. He kept doubting us all year and then we choked it up in the NFCCG and he just said "told ya so" and moved on. People like Cowherd will never respect any team that isn't a glamor team on one of the coasts. F**k Cowherd, May, and Reilly. We don't need their approval to validate our success nor would they ever admit they're wrong, EVER.
