So i had a chance to watch College football live today, and they had an interesting topic. The topic was how Alcorn State hired a white football coach and how some of their boosters were quite upset.
Now in the last 10 years or so we've seen college and the NFL football organizations go pro-active to give Black football coaches more then a fair chance to get hired.
My point is, If a black coach isn't hired people are so easy to say it's Racism but when a white coach is hired at a black school and people get upset it's call "Preserving their culture". How is that not an issue? How is it ok to do one thing then cry another? Politically Correct Speech is making America soft and making the ability to talk out both sides of your mouth more accepted.
I've been around the game Coaching and playing for over 20 years. This is all ridiculous and upsets me quite a bit. The reason i loved the game so much is because i always thought race was less an issue with the game of football. It's all about being united as a team, as brothers.
By no means am i trying to start a discussion of race, but i'd really like to hear how everyone feels because there are so many college football fans here.
Sincerely Mike
(Thanks fellas)
