Well hopefully it just means that's the first time Neal has ever bobbled a punt and no one bothered teaching him the rule because of that.

I called for a fair catch in HS and the first 2 guys down the field tried to tackle me. So naturally I just started running. And they still gave me a penalty. The refs didn't even blow the whistle when I caught it?
