Boardwalk Empire returns this Sunday Night. Haven't been this excited for a weekend in awhile. If you don't watch, I feel bad for you.

Boardwalk Empire is terrific. The ending to the second season is one of the few times I've watched tv and been 100000% surprised.

Shows that everyone needs to watch before they are granted citizenship:

1- The Wire
2- Breaking Bad
3- Arrested Development
4- Game of Thrones

I would agree that it is the best drama on TV right now. Boardwalk Empire, Mad Men, The Walking Dead are on the short list of stuff you have to watch. From what I've heard, The Walking Dead's season 3 is supposed to be unreal.

Breaking Bad is one of the only shows which hooks you in the first minute of the first episode. Honestly, you immediately think to yourself "What is going on?? I must keep watching." That said, the first three seasons were in the "very good" category, but seasons 4 and 5a have been on the same level as The Wire season 3 and 4. It's been that amazing lately.

And also one of the few shows you can see the exact episode/scene that wins an Emmy.

For you, Mr. Gifmaster...

So for the breaking bad fans out there, is this season over and if so how did it end? I started watching it and made it all the way through season one through four then totally lost interest. I guess I got tired of all the drugs. . .

Not over. They split this final season into two 8 episode parts. First 8 episodes are over, will resume final 8 next July.

Any Sons of Anarchy fans in here? I love the show and this season is off to a great start!! I'm also a huge fan of Breaking Bad, Californication, Dexter, House of Lies, Homeland, The Walking Dead, Shameless (USA version), Game of Thrones and probably many others that I'm not thinking of at this time.

even though I'm curently without cable and I'm netflix only for now but here are all my favorites.

Current Shows:
The Soup
Big Bang Theory
Parks and Recreation
The Office (though last season it kinda went downhill but Ill keep up with it since its the last season)
Community
Modern Family
Young Justice
Ultimate Spider-Man
Avengers Eath's Mightiest Heroes
Various Pro-Wrestling on tv

Old shows I still enjoy:
Batman The Animated Series
Superman the Animated Series
Justice League
Frasier
90's Spiderman
90's X-men
Smallville
Friends
Star Trek
Almost all Nicktoons

Other than sometimes the stream doesnt always work great on my computer and missing out on the soup its been ok being a Netflix and Hulu only household. My fiance and I watch much more stuff on netflix and dvd than we do on regular tv. It will be nice when I get a new job or she finishes her classes and gets a raise we can at least get basic cable back

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! I missed it, and that means I've missed 2 episodes already! Damn!!! We're staying at our in-laws while our house goes through escrow, so I don't have my DVR set. Effing-A. Oh well...now I know that it has started.

You've missed three episodes if you haven't watched any this season. Started on September the 11th. You are missing big time. Catch up soon.

Haven't figured that out yet but watch it its legit

Sorry, all my geekiness will be invested in Walking Dead coming back. Plus I think it's on during The Daily Show and Colbert, and I can't miss those during election season. Too much comedy gold right now.

Agree, they show re-runs on The Hub channel. Crazy watching it today and realizing how great truly was.

I love that the series was drawn mostly on black paper to make it darker than previous incarnations of Batman. Mark Hamill as the voice of the Joker is nothing short of incredible.
