On the block you all mentioned that he launched the defender, he had his feet planted. Nice that he clobbered the guy, and maybe he is so athletic that he never misses, but IDK, I kind of like someone who is blocking moving their feet. It was the only negative I noticed in all of the film . . .

Really? What high school RB knows how to pass protect? Actually what HS RB actually even attempts to pass protect. The least of my worries would be his pass protection. That's something that can be learned easily.

This impressive by Cooks. I am impressed by his running style. He reminds me of a bigger Jonas. Definitely a great pick up.

Kindness works a little better.

And my point earlier is that I only saw less than the best on one play, and that was that the play and the issue. Who would take giving a guy a 99.9 % is worthy of criticism!

talked a page or two back that there was a big drop off in his production his junior year...the big time offers came when he was a sophomore

Fell off to 1100 yards, from what? 1800? That could be defensive adjustment, change in offense, or less than nagging minor injuries. With the spread, hell, it could even be a different quarterback.

I would rather things be the way they are and just leave it as Kelly & Cooks make a living off underated Texas talent

I come back from a weekend of dragon boat racing to this? What in the hell happened? I never even heard of this kid and see him committed?

I read the first page or so, I know his size, ranking, etc. But other than that, can someone catch me up?

My work cpu blocks that hudl site and youtube as well. So I will have to check the tape later tonight and report back.

But from what I see in the pics I give him high praise. I give any recruit with a step fade high praise.

How do they get a "legit" confirmation about someone a coach can't speak about legitimately?
