I can't blame the people on that one. It's so hard for me to justify paying for these headline boxing matches when they turn out like that last fight! Such a shame.

Enter Mayweather.... (after jail time)

The chances of Mayweather fighting Bradley are pretty slim since Bradley fights for Bob Arum. Mayweather has little interest dealing with Arum, probably significantly less now after seeing what happened during the Pacquiao fight.

If I were Pacquiao, I'd be chomping at the bit to have another run at Bradley and set things right.

This story was taken down so its probably not true or at least not finalized. The link still works but theres no way of getting to it through espn.

It is simply amazing to me that boxing, a sport that is struggling so much, still cannot find a way to get past the promoters and the corruption to have the two best fighters of a generation fight. UFC fans get to see this regularly.

Want to try and put boxing back on the map? Pacquiao vs. Mayweather. That, and only that, will do it for now. Not Pacquiao vs. Marquez again.

I think Pacquiao would have to right the wrong and beat Bradley to rebuild the hype if he were to face Mayweather. Mayweather/Pacquiao would have lost a bit of its luster, even though the decision of the Bradley fight was a joke. Also, this makes the fight even more unlikely, imo, because Mayweather will use this as a bargaining tool (or avoidance tool) and offer Manny even less of a cut.

On a side note, I would love if Pacquiao offered up a winner takes 80-90% , loser gets the rest or each are guaranteed $5 mill and winner takes the rest to Mayweather. This would force Mayweather into a tough spot and if he actually accepted, lead to a very hyped fight.

Pac vs Money AND Chavez Jr vs Canelo, on the same card would bring boxing back.
