I know I might get crucified for this, but beside the actual fight songs, I also like...

F$U's War Chant
O$U's Buckeye Battle Cry and their stupid dotting the "i" song
USC's Conquest (That repetative marching song)
Florida's Jaws
Michigan's Let's Go Blue
Oklahoma's Boomer Sooner
and of course all of ND's extra songs (Hike, Rakes of Mallow, Victory Clog, etc.)

I think they are a large part of what college sports are all about. They get the fans and the team all hyped up by adding to the atmosphere and creating a bigger home field advantage. They also serve to annoy the opposing team and their fans. I much as I like those songs, it makes me cringe to hear them when ND is playing one of those teams and the same goes for their fight songs.
