Who do you guys think is better Raeshon McNeil or Darrin Walls? I think McNeil is better but I don't know.

Well, McNeil is more proven since he was able to make it to the AA game.

Tbh though, I think we have a bad-ass duo of cornerbacks headed to South Bend. Both are unbelievably underrated. There's a very real possibility that they're the #1 and #2 best cornerbacks from the class of 2006.

Walls did not participate in the Army All-American game because of a shoulder injury. H ewas invited though. I think People will vote Mcneil better because of his performance in that game but Walls had the better senior season and who I believe is the better of the two.

I'm thrilled to have both...don't get me wrong, I applaud Charlie's first true Secondary recruting class.

Yeah I know. DJ couldn't make it, either.. there might have been someone else, but I can't remember.

Anyway, I just checked it out. They were both clocked at a 4.4 '40.. pretty damn good. McNeil is a bit stronger, though. Both have incredible instincts and play tough.

Way too early to tell. Hopefully both become great starting corners. Wow. Imagine that. It's been awhile.

Vontez Duff/Shane Walton. A second coming of those two would instantly upgrade any defense from average to good.

I think these two will be even better than those two.

Both will need to get stronger so they can be more physical. Walls himself admits that is his biggest area for improvement.

They were good and fun to watch, but not an elite duo. Solid and opportunistic would be a good way to put it.

jigg-strength comes with age and Reuben Mendoza. (I think that's an old Chinese proverb)

Shampoo is better! I go on first and clean the hair! Conditioner is better! I leave the hair silky and smooth! Oh, really, fool? Really!

Stop looking at me, swan!

I thought those two were only average and like was said opportunistic, especially Duff. People just don't remember the days of guys like Jeff Burris, Tom Carter, Bobby Taylor...and even to a lesser extent Shawn Wooden. I would classify those two in the same class as Ivory Covington and Allen Rossum but no where near the talent that the CB's had from about '88-'94.

They are both good and will be a great asset to ND. I can't wait until they really develop their skills.

We'll know soon enough. They're on campus. What they did is HS is ancient history.

They're playing with the big dawgs now. And a lot of those receivers they'll face have 4.4 40's and are taller and stronger.

Fortunately they get to pay their dues going to school against McKnight and Shark in practice.

And I remember Burris et al. Cerrato's kids. The '06 Secondary as a Unit is probably the best ND's fielded since '93.
