Which assistant should get the boot?

Now that we all know Charlie is staying, which assistant do you think needs to go the most? There obviously needs to be some changes...Latina has to go imo. He simply isn't getting it done with our o-line. I say we need to hire an energetic o-lineman coach who stresses us to play hard every snap and has GOOD run blocking schemes...Its not like we lack the talent on the o-line, all of them were highly recruited and should have been developed better...I still don't know why we don't run the counter...It is one of the most effective run plays in CFB...I like our defensive coaches...I wouldn't mind us landing an elite o-coordinator but it would be re- teaching a whole other system to our offensive guys that finally have experience to run CW's system...I'm all for it if we can land an elite o-coordinator. Other than that, I say keep rest of staff. Polian did an excellent job recruiting and with special teams. CB and JT did a nice job with the D although I would like more sacks next year...Jappy Oliver...hmmm I think we could use an upgrade there too..

mendoza, Latina, Oliver, Polian, Haywood, parmalee all would be off the staff if i could have it the way i want it. Powlus can stay he is the quarterback babysitter Weis is the qb coach.. However, none of these guys will be gone because Weis plays the buddy system and will not fire any of his guys.

There's no doubt that changes will be made. I think Latina,Haywood, and Mendoza are gone. I'm not sure about Powlus. I think they all stay on the D side of the ball (If anyone goes, I think it will be Oliver)

I'm not going to get into who should go because you all know how I am. Polian has done well and special teams looked good this year, why would someone want him gone. Also, IF they did get rid of Latina whoever come in wouldn't have some great new blocking scheme. He would have the same blocking scheme as most of the college football teams. Where the difference MIGHT be is the delivery of the instruction to the players and the attitude. But make no mistake about it, all the college Oline coaches are using very similar blocking schemes with very few variations. The schemes are basically the same.

I don't know, I feel like if he was on the slideline and we weren't getting pressure he would just throw down the clipboard and play himself. I think that would penalize us a little.

I would love to see him on the sideline to be honest. Can we bring back rocket just to teach someone to return a kick for a TD?
