I just received an invite to join a page called WhattaPlay, which seems to be marketed as a social media platform geared towards sports (or just football specifically?)
It seems like a unique idea, not in the sense that we aren't already using a form of social media at sites like Irish Envy, but it might be interesting to see how it evolves as a larger platform that goes beyond just one specific team.

I wanted to put it out there in case anyone is interested in joining the site to talk to other fans about whatever teams/topics you choose. If enough get interested, it might even be a place where we could create an "Irish Envy" club.
The site doesn't seem to have too much activity at the moment, but it allows you to register using preexisting Facebook/Twitter accounts so I signed up to see if it gets big.
Has anyone else heard of this site, or similar social media for sports?
