Weis to visit Young

Weis and Latina will join Sam Young and his parents for dinner tomorrow, Wednesday the 14th.

Young has also stated that he will cut his list of schools down to 3-5 this week.

I could see Sam Young, Weis and Latina all getting over the gratiuity of an all you can eat special.

Those are all steak men if three have ever been.

that may be true, but its probly in a lot of little servings throughout the day. The whole point of that surgery is you can't eat very much at one time, your stomach is like the size of a golf ball after it. Not everybody who gets it loses a ridiculous amount of weight and turns into Kate Moss all of a sudden, but look at him now vs. a few years ago. He's obviously smaller.

Weis appears to have gotten bigger since the spring game and even summer practice before the opener. With winter and the holidays here, you've got to be careful.

His tireless recruiting and coaching exploits being what they are, I can't imagine what his diet consists of. I'm don't know his daily schedule, but I'd probably guess he is like most coaches in that he doesn't sleep as much as he should.

Hopefully he can use the dead period after the season ends to get in shape.

This actually does not sound good for those who believe that ND has Young locked up already. If Weis is still visiting Young personally, then it means that either Young has still not made up his mind, or he decided to go to SC, and ND is trying to steal him away.

It sounds to me like recruiting goes on. No announcement has been made, at least to the public. So Weis and company should stay on him. I don't think this bodes one way or the other.

I think ND's real competitor for Young is Florida. Pope Urban's text messaging has really paid off, as they are putting together a stellar group. (Tim Tebow announces today).

Or it could mean he has decided to go elsewhere and Weis is selling. I think he is ND but it has not been firmed up. My take is that Weis and Latina are there to welcome him in...But I won't bet the farm on that.

The first meeting he has set up is with Coach Weis and Latina this Wednesday and is the only one that he has planned thus far. He has yet to schedule an official visit, so if he is intending on taking his visits before announcing his decision, than expecting one to take place for the All-American game is very unlikely.
