Went through 2 days of pain to coach his guys to a win. Don't care what anyone says about the man. He's got the heart and pride of a lion and one of the most unselfish men in the sport.

Weis is a tough coach for sure. I have Gallbladder problems myself, runs in my family. Never had it removed, but have had a few GB attacks. Nearly makes it so you cant move with just an attack.... let alone having an infected gallbladder, cant even imagine coaching with it.

Wishing him all the best and a quick recovery. He is still and always will be a part of the ND family.

I wish he'd given himself a year or so off to focus on himself and get healthy, but that's never been CW's style. He's tough as nails and he'll give everything he's got to the team that's lucky enough to have him. Get better CW.

Charlie Weis is one tough SOB. How many coaches would coach with an infected gall bladder or stick around to coach a second half after destroying their knee? Very few.

I am so glad that ol Charlie is having success again in the NFL. How about them Chiefs sitting at 3-0? I'm proud of him and I am so glad to see him doing well. I wish him nothing but the best. He's definitely not cut out to be a college head coach, but he may be one of the best offensive football minds in the world!
