I have a feeling New England is going to get beat up pretty good by Indianapolis this weekend for a variety of reasons including 1) Injuries, 2) Romeo Crennel Saga, and 3) the Indianapolis Colt offense.

Charlie Tuna could be in the house full time next week!

i have mixed feelings about it...part of me thinks it would be great for them to win a super bowl, but another part says that he needs to be in South Bend as soon as possible...he seems to be doing fine continuing in his duel role...i mean how much better could he realling be doing

Yeah but knowing the media (ESPN)the way we have through this whole thing why give them anything negative to report about are coach. We all know these things snowball.I think are class is pretty much in place and just because he get's back earlier doesn't mean we are going to start getting 5 star recruits now.I the more positive he looks in the national media that only helps his persona. This guy had two jobs and won a Superbowl while still doing what I think is a great recruiting job.I think he needs to keep winning and remember this is the same way it looked last year for this game. :violent:

Yeah, it'd be nice if he could bring another ring into town. But I seriously doubt they're going to beat Indy (or Pittsburgh for that matter). They're as vulnerable this year as they've ever been before...besides this is the year that Manning faces Vick for the Championship.

But the sooner C-Dub is in South Bend full-time, the better it is for the program. Regardless of the outcome of the playoffs, I'll be happy when their run is over.

This is how I feel as well... granted, I am also partial and want to see the Colts in the Super Bowl, too.

It would be nice for us to have Coach Weis in South Bend next week, but how nice would a Super Bowl ring look to recruits next year.

It would look especially nice...but I'm sure an AFC Championship ring + two SuperBowl rings would suffice (How Bout Them Falcons).
