Same boat as you. I’ve always thought college centric teams would work. Alumni teams for players that just weren’t NFL level or just past it would do numbers. Throw in regional smaller school players on these teams as well. They do this to some extent with The Basketball Tournament

Yeah that’s a pretty good idea. Or do it state by state. You’d have to have played for ND, IU, Purdue, etc.

a spring league will only ever be successful with a NFL logo on it IMO. It needs rostered players on it ala NFL Europe back in the day
