My best friend from high school went to Ball State. She dated Charlie Cardinal, the mascot. He is now the silver surfer bad guy in the latest Fantastic Four movie, was the faun in Pan's Labyrinth, was in Hell Boy. He does all these roles in movies that need a lot of costuming.

So apparently there are job options for mascots.

Actually, I think Joe Paterno is the worst mascot in college football. He is just a mascot these days. He hasn't coached in at least 15 years.

Parochial school (K-9) The Fighting Irish (enough said)
High School- The Bison:awesomewo
College U of Montana- The Grizzlies (awesome)
Notre Dame - The Fighting Irish (the best)
Adopted Local College- Boise State - Broncos (a real Horse)
Pro NFL team - Denver - Broncos (The real deal)

No pansies in the bunch. Reason enough to ridicule stupid mascots, or poorly presented mascots by politically correct faculty.
