There is absolutely no reason for him to have returned to that game after the hit he took and his immediate reactions to that hit. Kiffin cares about nothing aside from winning.
I suspect that you're probably right, but even if he did clear the concussion test (legitimately), you would think that he would have sat out more than ONE PLAY. That just seems irresponsible of the USC medical staff given the hit he took.
On a lighter note, when Woods described the math test that was administered (one hundred less seven less seven less seven), did anyone else go back and watch for a replay of the SC equipment managers smuggling in some calculators so that USC could field 11 guys for the next play?
