if you think jamarcus russell has QB skills, other than throwing the ball 65 yards down the field, then you dont know football. I have been a raider fan longer than I have been a Notre Dame fan. I have closely watched jamarcus russell from day one. HE HAS NO SKILLS as a QB and is already a $30million(guranteed money) BUST. He doesnt read defenses, he just figured out how to look off a safety but he hasnt figured out that it doesnt work every play. Did you know Russell only completed 55 passes to his WR's last year? not that his leading WR had 55 catches, ALL HIS WR's combined had 55 catches. the most pathetic stat for a QB since the merger....hmm, last week I think he 3 for 12 passing.

please enlighten me on jamarcus russell skills as a QB, its friday, I need a good laugh.

jamarcus was good in college bc he was 270 running down field and he ran threw the first guy. and his throwing was good bc he launched it 80 and let the big wide receivers go get it. in the nfl he sucks bc there u actually have to have skill and accuracy haha

btw I viewed some Harris highlights on youtube last night. I saw a QB make screen passes(no skill to complete screen pass, its the only option), a few fade passes(some skill there), and he looks to run the ball(running the ball is not a QB skill). traditional QB's dont look to run the ball. let see what harris does this week, but he still cant hold Mr. Clausen's jock.

Jacory Harris has done very well so far this season. He has put up some great numbers and has led his team to a 3-0 start.

Don't diss quarterbacks until they have a bad game.

jacorys release is so fast. like he reads in his first 3-6 steps back and throws nice passes. who i like about miami the most is graig cooper. a locale memphis boy. he graduated the same year i did except he from melrose high school, (which is beginning to become a nfl producing high school), and hes really talented

I think Miami is just like every other ACC team. Average, that league has no consistent teams. FSU is the best example lost to Miami, beat Jacksonville St 19-9, then blew out BYU, only to turn around and lose at home to South Florida.

Why do people think players are amazing after 2 games?

I ran a pool table 2 times in a row once, they didn't think I was the best player ever!

People play well some games and it just happened that he did it early in his career.

He is not a Heisman candidate and Rankings don't mean shit boys and girls!
