Thank you, TT. I was sitting here wondering what upside there could possibly be to that post.

Irish athlete cleared in sexual-assault case

SOUTH BEND – A Notre Dame student-athlete accused of sexually assaulting a Saint Mary’s College student who later committed suicide was cleared in a campus disciplinary hearing.
Nineteen-year-old St. Mary’s College student Elizabeth Seeberg died of a suspected drug overdose Sept. 10, 2010. Authorities have said Seeberg accused a student-athlete of touching her breasts on Aug. 31, 2010.
The student-athlete’s attorney this week provided the South Bend Tribune with a copy of a February letter from the school to the young man acknowledging he had been cleared of sexual misconduct allegations.
Seeberg’s parents said Friday that Notre Dame’s investigation was inadequate.
