I think USC offered just about everyone on this list.

They've gotten to the point where they no longer even have to evaluate. they get the Rivals master list and offer everyone on it.

I don't think they offered anyone under 4 stars this year.

I mean in all honesty why should they. Just go out and sign the best players at their positions and don't even worry about it. National titles and Heisman's speak for themselves, not including the girls and sand/sun out there.

This method of recruiting will catch up to them and the results won't be favorable. The way their staff coaches, they can still get a good player in there and coach him up.

They're not going to get one quarter of the top 100 every year.
