I have a good feeling about this game, I think our mentality going into game gives us an edge. Very rarely are we disrespected this much before a game, i think we finally play nasty with something to prove......
Notre Dame 38
LSU 24

Come on now, there is no way the score ends up that way. I'm guessing it is something like this...

ND 1,337
LSU (how many points does a team get for grovelling?)

Come on guys, this LSU team is better than you are giving them credit for, and we've had trouble with offensive speed. Ain't no way we're going to put up a thousand points on them or hold them below zero.

Final score: Irish 63, Tiggers 10. ;)

I believe the news stories. LSU is probably the best team ever assembled. LSU 72 ND 7. They are so good, they lost 2 games on purpose just so they could meet up with ND and knock them off the media high horse.

I just heard BQ stubbed his toe. I'll amend my prediction.

ND 109
LSU -26

We'll won't be able to punch it in for 6 on the 7th score because BQ's toe will hurt.

You guys are all just being rediculous...It's about time somebody make a realistic prediction...

In a shocking turn of events, Nick Saban spurns both Alabama and the Miami Dolphins, comes back to coach LSU in the first half and leads the Tigers to a 42-3 halftime lead. At halftime, Lou Holtz charters a jet full of green jerseys from the ESPN studios to the Sugar Bowl, and takes over the defensive coordinator duties in the second half, when the Irish defense scores on four interception returns for TD. Sparked by the defensive turnaround, the offense plays an inspired second half, contribution to a final score of 136-42 in an Irish victory.

Dude, be serious.....the green jerseys are already in New Orleans. CW has already confirmed this.

As much as I want ND to win LSU is the better team and with them playing at the Superdome, that place is just gonna be so loud I can't see how our O will be able to think straight. With that being said I have seen my fair share of college football upsets and I think with the luck of the irish we can pull this off. By the way did anyone see the Fiesta Bowl last night, i mean wow!!!

My take from day one has always been that this is pretty much the same team that gave up 600 yards offense to Ohio State and the same team that got whooped by both Michigan and USC. Nothing has changed.

So in reality, this game will actually tell me if LSU is a legit top 5 team. If they pound us, they are legit. If it's close, then maybe LSU is a tad overrated. I feel that ND is a top 10-15 team right now without the manpower to compete with the elite. We have consistantly gotten whooped by the elite teams.

So anything can happen in the Sugar Bowl. But I hinestly thinjk this game tells us more about LSU than about ND.
