Anyone interested in some dialogue concerning a S-Corp start-up?

I realize these are normally questions posed that cost in real life. But y'all homeys amirite?

Thanks in advance.

I'll pose the question if interest is generated. It's regarding the tax form necessary for the S-Corp IRS filing.

Go Sole Proprietorship. Putting all your personal assets on the line shows true commitment. Seriously though, good luck in your venture. I remember looking at all the legal ownership options before and it's enough to make your head spin without professional help.

I had an S-Corp in Michigan and it was pretty simple to setup and good tax breaks.

Does the IRS form's ticker, if you will, begin once incorporated or prior to the filing period? The language is a little vague to me.

LLC and apply for S Corp treatment by IRS - best of both worlds. Limit your liability always.

We officially incorporated S-Corp already.

I just need to file the IRS form associated in a timely manner.
