I could be wrong but if as long as a "silent" or "secret" verbal does not take visits, I don't think it mattered. Like I said, I could be wrong. This logic goes back a ways and for us old timers the memory is the first to fail.....um, what were we talking about???:smilewink

No, he does, they are just not allowed to look around and take visits to other schools if they are. Both Fleming and Walker were commited for several weeks before the publically announced.
