He's been in for almost 2 years. Looks like he's got a court appearance in October, which will be the 2nd anniversary since he was locked up. I kind of forgot about this crazy story and the videos, it's still a mind fuck. We were kind of givin' shit to the younger grades in PeeWee for using the Guardian caps, now I'm thinking they've got the right idea.
