Hey guys, just wanted your opinion. I'm going to subscribe to one of them within the week after using my dads account for the last couple of years, I feel kinda bad so which one should I get? My dad had rivals but they're turning into rumor freaks over there with no evidence with the rumor! Also I was wondering the price difference. Thanks in advance my friends.

i'd say neither, honestly. sorry, but it is a waste of money. if you have patience, you can just wait to see the final outcome instead of giving your money to the greedy owners of those sites.

I agree 100%. Don't waste your money. If you hit all the ND sites, you can obtain all the info you need. Some of the sites (UHND, NDNation) are good about putting links to every newspaper article that mentions ND on the day their posted online.

On a side note, as much of a pioneer as Tom Lemming was in reporting recruiting, he knows that if his periodicals are tilted towards ND, he'll most likely get more subscription dollars b/c he knows that ND is the most widely spread fan base there is. I give him credit for being business savvy but I also take his comments w/ a grain of salt. If you caught his commentary on the AAA game, you could tell he was a little more excited when talking up the ND commits. He's still excellent at what he does, but I'll bet you a dollar to a donut that no other recruiting service will have ND's '07 class rated any higher than Lemming.

ESPN's Scout's Inc. They had ND #1 untill recently, but they dropped to #2 after Florida's latest influx of players.

If you are going to spend money and are looking for real good info on ND, then go blueandgold.com, if it is just a rivals v. scout thing, then go rivals. But for the most part, you will be able to find just as good info on the free sites.

On a side note, I think it is bullshit that I cannot access the premium info on bgi.com even though I get the paper version delievered to my house, usually late.

A site like scout gives you enough info without subscribing. Add it with some blogger sites and a site like this and for little to no money you''ll be all set.

Agree w/ your side note. My dad subscribes to BGI, gets them late and there's rarely any breaking news that I haven't already told my dad about b/c it's reported that day online. Unfortunately for Pops, he's in no hurry to get computer literate.

live updates from press conferences and video features are really nice. the members forum is a lot better than many free ones too. plus you get some nice articles.

What does that have to do with his question. Both sites are crap but let's not let the fact that they have us either 1 or 2 blind us in our opinions. :p

The thing about rivals that is so great are all the videos! You can see tons of vids of all the guys. The question is, it worth 10$ a month? I would say Maybe! But i find myself watching the vids alot.
