How do the Reps work.... I was going to give someone reps for a bunch of good posts on recruiting but when I clicked on it just took me to a bank like page....

I know I am showing my ignorance here but can some one post the proccess for giving someone reps...

You should be careful asking for negative reps. Someone might take you serious and actually give them to you.

reps are ok, nothing special really some people go way over board with them. I for one feel that reps should only be giving to people that have Christmas theme avatars IMHO

Anyone that can help me on this? I still get a 'do not have permission' message when I try to rep someone. I am then kicked out and have to log back in.

If I were you I'd PM either LMI, or EO (Warren). They usually handle the technical issues of the site.

I know I have asked before, but I feel like such a rep pig taking but not giving...

Everytime I click on the rep star, I get a 'you do not have permission to perform this action' message. It indicates I should refresh the page and log in. When I refresh the page, it logs me out.

I initially thought this might have something to do with MS Office not being installed on my CPU, but that issue has been resolved.

Can anyone recommend anything? Please reply or shoot me a PM.
