I am sick of hearing about how good Alabama or U$C or O$U or Nike U is. It is easy to look good signing 100 or 110 kids in a four year span, not graduating kids, and walking all over the rule book. So for all the people who think change isn't happening fast enough I would like to know where would you rank Notre Dame among the schools that do make every effort to do things the right way? The "clean program" ranking if you will.
IMHO I would only place Stanford ahead of us(at this moment). scUM escaped the last two years and that horseshoe is bound to fall out real soon. I am not familiar with programs like TCU or Boise State and how they handle their affairs, but my point is unless you advocate some of the quick fixes that can lead you down a slippery slope, things are not as dire as some make them out to be. Curious to hear everyone's thoughts on who they would rank higher.
