Links to a 9 minute video of Day 3 drills and a 20 minute Weis video are up at http://und.cstv.com/

Overview of CW comments;
The practice video opens with players stretching and Weis walking about talking about the snap count and false starts. I was impressed that CW was utilizing stretching time for education. How a DC can take advantage of the opportunity and play a 2nd and long defensive strategy in a 1st and 15 situation when he should have had to defend against a 1st and 10 offense. When you get to the CW video you find out why. Reporter asked about the snap count and the start that apparently was sloppy. CW replies that "they can learn some other time when it's not on my time". He wasn't a happy camper.

We add a little more each day. We'll be going to multiple receivers/multiple DBs. Various sets, 3 WRs, 2 TE/2Backs, etc will provide more opportunities for those playing with the 2nd and 3rd teams.

Q. About Depth
A. The Depth Chart changes daily. Every day.

Q. Who's looking good.
A. "David Grimes" He was injured didn't get to practice much in the Spring and is looking good. "He's a 3rd guy. Not "THE" 3rd guy but "A" 3rd guy." Hopefully we'll find a 4th guy.

Q. #2 QB.
A.We'll know more after the weekend.

Q. RT.
A. By seniority right now. Brian has the seniority. Paul is in the mix, Sam is in the mix.

Q. Leo was not seen at practice
A. Has a little strain. Practiced on the side. Club Med. Harris and Anastasio are close. Near ready to go. Anastasio has a "tweak".

Q. Will the experiment with Travis continue?
A. I'd be surprised to turn him back now. He also got carries today. He doesn't go directly from 1st team defense to 2nd team back. He gets a rest in between. Something would have to happen to Darius for that to change - and Darius is playing very well.

Thank You...

Thank You...

BGIF,

Either Weis is extremely competent or else he is extremely astute at knowing what to say when. Either way, I haven't been this pumped since Lou. Thanks again for the update...Tom

Thanks for the summary. I don't always have time to sort through the videos.

That's a big mix.

I think before he is done we will be comparing him with the likes of Aaron Taylor.

These videos are great, I've been going to my computer every night when I get home from work to check out the days events and to listen to Charlie's take.
Good coverage.

from looking at the video, I thought Darrin Bragg and George West stood out the most...I was a little disappointed with Barry Gallup...its early though so who knows.
