This is probably the worst Notre Dame I've seen in my entire 26 years on Earth. They are so unspeakably bad that it boggles the mind.

On a scale of 1-10, 10 being the most secure, how secure is BKs job. I get that the players are losing it but this proves that last week wasn't a fluke. I can't believe we lost to this BAD Michigan team.

The most frustrating thing is that they aren't bad. They can more the ball. The defense can play, but Brian Kelly can't seem to make this team understand that holding on to the ball and not being stupid is part of winning games. What a pathetic loss.

Our defense is slow.

Our DBs are slower.

There is ABSOLUTELY NO player development.

The offense CANT score.

Harrison Smith and Gary Gray are terrible.

Gary Gray has played awful two games in a row.

23 seconds to go 80 yards and we give up a 60+ yard play? How? Like seriously.... how does that happen?

They had so many lucky bounces it is insane. But that isn't the reason we lost. Not even close.

Kelly's leadership of this team and his game calling have to be questioned. The defense was great the 1st half but made no adjustments to Michigan in the 2 nd half. Also 4 turnovers 9 in two games is just horrible.

I thought I would never say this, but I am embarrassed to be an Irish Fan. I love this school got my Grad Cert there, and this is just embarrassing. How could we let them go 80 yards in 30 seconds? 1 time is a fluke, but now two games in embarrassing fashion it is becoming what we are.

What is worse, is that the Nation of Irish Haters are just saying--told you so. They are overrated.

I am flat embarrassed. We need these great recruits to stay on their verbals, looking at what we are we really need them. The problem is that Michigan has more coming in and they have beat us 3 time in a row. No matter who we have. Claussen brought us back and we would have won and Tate drove down and beat us in the last seconds. Here comes Crist and he leads us down for a win, and Robinson goes down in under 2 and beats us, and now Rees leads us down and give us a lead (even though he cost us the win in the first place. Especially with the fumble and Robinson goes and beats us in the last 30.


Just sucks.

Frustrating! As Lou Holtz once said, " we have a team that is good enough to win, but doesn't know how". They are better than 0-2.

Well said. I have to admit, I am now wondering the same thing every person that thought ND was overrated. Boy, I thought I was disgusted last Saturday...

The ND secondary is a embarassemnt to college football. The QB is tossing up wounded ducks and they jst let them catch them.The turnovers are another problem
With that secondary play the offense can't afford any mistakes.
Plus we can't gain ONE yard on 3rd and 1???
Take that damm halfback dive play out of the playbook!

Three things cost this game:

1. Defensive backs inability to locate a jump ball. (That's all he threw!)
2. Numerous unforced turnovers. (that Rees slip was BAD)
3. Running under center on 3rd and 1 three or four times in and row and not getting it.

Can't say I didn't see this coming.
Doesn't even hurt as bad as last week.
Knew somehow we'd blow it.
Not being intoxicated probably helps.

I am 62 years old and have followed ND football since I was 6.
This is by far the most frustrating ND team ever because they have some talent and can move the ball. The defense, which should be the strength of the team screws up and cannot stop the other team with the game on the line.
Nine turnovers in two games and most of them in the red zone. I have never seen anything like this. Is there anyone who thinks this team can possibly win next week again Michigan St? I cannot watch that game. I cannot deal with the frustration again.
